Yes, you can bring ONE companion with you free of charge. If you want to bring more
than one, they must pay the full cost of the trip.

The wait can last from 15 min to 40 min. We use a medical pass that allows us fast border
crossing.

Without traffic you do 30 min by car from the Tijuana/San Ysidro border and the San
Diego international Airport.

To cross the border you must have your birth certificate, an id or a passport

No it doesn’t, you can reschedule at any time free of charge

If your flight is delayed, we will pick you up at your new time of arrival. If it is canceled
and you will take a new flight you should send us your new flight number and time of
arrival so we can pick you up on time.

If cancellation is made up until 24 hours before the trip, the total cost of the payment will
be refundable.
If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place,
you will be subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the payment you have done before, the
rest will be refundable the next day of the cancellation.
Please note that once you have booked a trip with us it means that we have reserved
time in our schedule exclusively for you.

The payment must be done before the day of the trip. If not we won’t be able to make the
trip.

We can only make stops to pharmacies that are on the way to our destination.
